Slowing down hair loss?

Slowing down hair loss?

Hi

I am a detox specialist that specializes in detox programmes to help people get rid of problems like obesity, hair loss, aging, etc.

For your case, that really depends on what is your reason for hair loss.

Hair loss may be due to a few reasons:

- genes (inherited)

- stress

- hormonal imbalance

- acidic body

If yours fall into the first category, my advise would be to eat wat your parents do not like to eat.

If you fall into any other category, it would generally be wise to follow a 80, 20 rule. 80% alakaline foods like fruits and veg and only 20% acidic foods.

If you are really keen to slow it down and improve it, you might want to consider doing a detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I am currently using to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)
