Unless you have an allergy or some other medical reason for not taking them....be sure to take a multi-vitamin every day (prenatal vitamins are fantastic because of the added antioxidants). Drink as much water as you can stand (at least 64oz per day) to keep yourself well hydrated. Doing both of these are great for overall health which will show through your skin and hair.



For the face, try an at-home microdermabrasion system followed by a skin-type appropriate moisturizer. (Mary Kay has an excellent 2-step microderm product that is very effective and inexpensive.) Be advised that microdermabrasion can either really help or really aggravate acne.



For the body, use a moisturizing body wash with a loofah or exfoliating puff in the shower or bath. Follow up immediately with a generous application of body lotion with shea butter. You can also apply baby oil to wet skin while you're still in the shower...this works really well, but can leave your shower or tub very slippery, so be careful!



Hair is tricky, because it really depends on your type of hair (curly/straight, thick/thin, coarse/fine). You really should consult your hair-care professional on that one.

Can also use a hair product to control frizz but try to find a 'lighter' one so your hair doesn't end up looking greasy.

you can apply good moisturisers during winters on ur body after having bath and even in the afternoon.for ur hair apply olive oil twice a week have a massage before having head bath, it will have a really good effect on ur hair....i have tried it myself.it is really good.it makes ur hair soft,silky and shiny.

Listen carefully buddy Raju, aftershampooing when you put conditioner on, just mix a little bit, a very little bit of caster oil in it and then i bet, your hair will not only get shiny and clean but also healthier. If you want your skin to be soft, then take plain yougurt and put it on your face, yougurt is the best natural face cleaner and i am not kidding. what else you can do is to drink atleast 8 to 9 glasses of water a day. the more you drink water, the more your skin will look younger. take sleep of about 8 hrs and trust me, if you take a massage of olive oil ur skin will be hala loya!!!!

ppl dont drink enuf water in winters but that is a must! 6 7 glasses ie 3 mouthfuls appprox. every half hour. should b taken in. use a good sunscreen with moisturiser 4 exposed areas. for hair use a mild shampoo with conditioner 2 3 times a week. its best to eat seasonal fruits such as apples and watermelon also carrots since they are full of vitamin A, E and other minerals which keep ur body hydrated. do no consume too much tea or coffee as they dehydrate you and make ur skin dull. if u find ur skin to dry too much, use facewash (Cetaphil for sensitive skin). use make up products which have hydrating property.. and just relax. thats the best medicine for a glowing skin:-)
