What can I put in my hair so it doesn't look so damaged?

well I've dyed my hair like 4 times already, everytime diff colors and I think that my hair is damaged because of it :( the color I have right now is supposed to be reddish-brown but I have some parts that look yellow and orange. it actually looks pretty cool lolz but I just want it to look healthy :) is there anything I can do to make my hair look less dry, frizzy and burned? anything would help :)

well i use dove anti frizz cream after i take a shower, vo5 STRONG! cream after the shower, and after it dries or when its wet i put on fructis garnier sleek and shine frizz serum only a little squirt is all u need with that and it works awesome! hoped i help and good luck!!! pics:

I would suggest giving your hair time to repair by giving it time, left alone. Other than that you can try using strong conditioners brought from a salon and try to allow it to dry naturally rather than using a hairdryer. If you use straightners..try and resist or invest in some decent heat defence!

im in exactly the same position as you lol but what helps mine is Aussie shampoo(google the spelling lol) i use the shampoo,a 3 minute repairing conditioner and a leave in conditioner of it and its really good!

The nice and easy conditioner treatment is good to. its about 1.50 and its like the conditioner u get with the bottles of dye...its really good!

ooooorrrr lol...my hair is curly so sometimes instead of straightenin it i leave it curly...but i dont use gel or anything...i use conditioner.brush ur hair and rub the conditioner thru ur fingers and thru ur hair and then scrunch it...(be careful with ur roots...u dont want greasy hair lol) and its like a conditionin treatment in ur hair until u wash it again lol

Using mayonnaise as a conditioner helps dry hair and is a very inexpensive method. Probably doesn't smell very appealing while you're washing your hair with it, but the smell won't stay there.
