an old indian lady gave me this mixture , contains almond oil, coconut oil and sweet oil. mix equal quantities, heat a bit then massage into scalp, cover and sleep. u can wash it off if u r going out, but best to leave in. or just apply at night. repeat procedure. there is also this thing called indian hair grower available at indian spice shops. good luck.

My hair grows slowly too, unfourtantley. But I take vitamins with vitamin C in them daily. They say it helps your hair grow. You could also try shampoos with healthy ingredients, like minerals and stuff like that. But if you REALLY don't like your haircut and don't feel like waiting, I would go to a hairstylist and ask them how you can fix your hair without totally cutting anything off the bottom.
